Insert Polygon Point Mode
Activation: SetInsertPolygonPointMode
Description
A point can be insert into path and polygon elements.
The first click defines the location in the path or polygon element where the point is added. A second click adds the point at the mouse position.
Edit the coordinates of the new point via a dialog.
